Friend is linking me to his Youtube channel and complaining about lack of growth and marketing.
I haven't checked out the content yet, this is completely blind, but 95% of the time that someone complains about lack of awareness for their thing, it's because their thing sucks. (I do this too, by the way.) And it's because they hear silence from the 10-100 people that have seen their thing, and they assume that those people haven't seen it or they just got unlucky and those people don't care. But the fact of the matter is that if 100 people see your content or product or piece of art, and it's good, they'll tell you. Instead of hearing silence, you'll hear "this is unrated" or "how is this not more popular" and then you can focus on marketing. But if you're not hearing that, it means your product isn't good.
